If you wish to request your test results, please complete our Test Results Request form. Alternatively, please call 01827 69283 or 01827 283994 between 14:30 and 17:00 to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.

The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

If you are unsure as to whether you are able to access a patient’s records please contact the surgery or fill in our access to medical records document available at reception.

Over 16s will be required to request their own results.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.

It can take up to 7 days to receive results.
