Prescriptions
How do I order my Repeat Prescription?
Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:
- Online – Using our prescription requests triage
- Using our online services – Patient Access, If you are not registered for our online services, you can use our Register for Online Services form
- In person – place your request in our post box
Do not ring the surgery to request repeat prescriptions and avoid coming in to the surgery where possible. In order to reduce footfall at the surgery, we are trying to send all prescriptions electronically, if you have not already informed us of your nominated pharmacy for electronic prescriptions, please complete our Register for the Electronic Prescription Service form. Repeat prescriptions can also be sent to you by post if you provide a stamped addressed envelope with your request.
Please be considerate when ordering your prescriptions. Only order your medication when it is due and do not order more than is required as this is stock piling and will cause national shortages. We thank you for your cooperation.
Please allow 3 working days for your request to be processed and be ready to collect at the surgery/your pharmacy.
