 Reasonable adjustments

We are committed to ensuring all patients can access our services. If you have a disability, long-term condition, mental health condition, learning disability, sensory impairment, or any other need that makes it difficult to use our services, please let us know so we can make reasonable adjustments.

Examples include longer appointments, quiet waiting areas, communication by email or text, information in large print, wheelchair access, interpreters, or allowing a carer to attend appointments.

Please inform reception or email the practice if you require any reasonable adjustments. We will record this on your medical record so we can support you appropriately.
