If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

Accessibility

Laurel House Surgery

On arrival, please tell the receptionist if you would prefer to be seen downstairs. We provide ramped access and toilet facilities for use by disabled patients, please notify reception on arrival if you need to be seen downstairs. We are guide dog friendly and have a hearing loop, if required.

Fazeley Surgery

Fazeley Surgery has fully automatic doors and is all on ground level with accessible toilets. We are guide dog friendly and have a hearing loop, if required. We can provide ramped access and toilet facilities for use by disabled patients.

Parking

At Laurel House Surgery, there is limited patient parking provided in our car park situated on the corner of Albert Road and Marmion Street, with access from Albert Road. In order to help other patients we ask that you only park there whilst visiting the surgery.

Parking at the Fazeley surgery is available in the surgery car park.
