Suggestions, Comments and Complaints
We welcome your comments and suggestions, they help us to improve our services. Tell us what we do best, where we don’t meet expectations, or any ideas and suggestions you may have by leaving us a review using our Feedback form. You can also rate us using the Friends and Family test.
If you have any complaint or concern about the service that you have received from the doctors or staff working at Laurel House Surgery, you are entitled to ask for an explanation. We operate a comprehensive complaints procedure in line with national policies.
All comments and complaints will be dealt with seriously, promptly and confidentially. Your complaint will be recorded and acknowledged within three working days and we will provide a substantive response thirty working days from receipt.
