We offer a home visiting service to our housebound patients and any patient physically unable to attend the Practice. To request a home visit, please call us on 01827 69283, option 3, before 10:00 (for a same-day visit), if possible. A clinician may call you to assess your needs before confirming/arranging a home visit.
